Current Positions Available

Wedding & Event Coordinators

Responsible for all aspects of planning a meeting or special event. Responsible for all amenities and accommodations at the event as well as any associated contract negotiations.

Requires 2-4 years of experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within wedding and event industries. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Sales Assistants

Creates reports for coordinators and management regarding market conditions, sales results, and team earnings. Provides customer service regarding products and services. Performs administrative duties for the coordinators and management.

Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.

Wedding and Event Staff

Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.

Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within wedding and event industries. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
